Privacy Policy — Dress Room: sizes & gifts

This policy applies to the mobile app Dress Room: sizes & gifts, published on Google Play under the Android package com.virtual.dress.room and on the App Store under the same name (Spanish listings: "Dress Room: talles y regalos" and "Dress Room: tallas y regalos"). It also covers the companion website at fitlist-web.vercel.app.

The app is developed and published by Awesome Apps V, the developer name shown on its Google Play listing (trading as "Awesome Apps"; "we", "us", "our" in this policy). Contact: awesomee.apps@gmail.com.

Dress Room lets you save your measurements and sizes, build a wishlist, and share it with friends and family so that gifts always fit.

Information we collect

• Account data: your name, email address and user ID, created when you register with email or sign in with Google or Apple. If you sign in with Google or Apple, we also receive and store the profile picture URL that the provider supplies.
• Your size & style profile: measurements, sizes by brand and system, garments, wishlist, preferences (what you like and what you would rather avoid), gift pools and your friend connections. You create this content and choose who to share it with.
• Images you choose to add: if you attach a picture to a garment, a wishlist item or a gift pool, we store it so it can be shown to you and to the people you share it with.
• Usage and diagnostic data: usage metrics and crash reports through Firebase (Google Analytics for Firebase and Firebase Crashlytics) to maintain and improve the app.
• Device push token: through Firebase Cloud Messaging (Android) and the Apple Push Notification service (iOS), to send you reminders about upcoming occasions and relevant alerts.
• Advertising identifier: when advertising is enabled, the Google Advertising ID (Android) or the equivalent iOS identifier may be processed by Google AdMob for frequency capping and fraud prevention. See "Advertising" below.
• Camera: used only to scan other users' QR codes to add them as friends. We do not record or store video.

How we use your information

• To provide the app's core functionality (save and share sizes, wishes and friends).
• To suggest sizes and gifts, including AI-assisted suggestions.
• To send you notifications about upcoming occasions and your friends' activity.
• To analyze usage and fix errors.

Advertising

Dress Room may display advertising supplied by Google AdMob.

• Advertising is non-personalized: ads are requested with the npa=1 flag, so they are not based on a profile of your interests or your behavior across other apps and websites. The app does not ask for App Tracking Transparency permission on iOS.
• Where required by law (European Economic Area, United Kingdom and Switzerland), Google's User Messaging Platform consent form is shown before any ad request, and your choice is honored.
• Google may process a device advertising identifier for frequency capping, ad measurement and fraud prevention. Google's privacy policy applies to that processing: policies.google.com/privacy.
• We do not sell your data, and we do not share your measurements, sizes, wishlist or friend connections with advertisers.

Who we share with

We share your profile information only with the people you choose (your in-app friends and whoever opens a link you shared) and with providers that help us operate the service:

• Google Firebase — analytics, crash reporting and push notifications.
• Google AdMob — advertising, as described above.
• Google and Apple sign-in — to authenticate you when you choose them.
• Apple — push notifications on iOS.
• Anthropic — when you use an AI-assisted feature, the profile data relevant to that request (sizes, preferences, wishlist titles) is sent to the Claude API to generate the suggestion. It is not used to train models.
• Hosting and database providers — to run the service.

Your rights

You choose what you share and with whom. You can edit or delete your information at any time, and you can delete your account and all your data from within the app (Profile → Delete account) or by writing to awesomee.apps@gmail.com. We respond to access, portability, correction and deletion requests within 30 days.

Retention

We keep your data while your account is active. When you delete your account, we delete your personal information, except what we must retain for legal obligations.

Children

Dress Room is not directed to children under 13 and does not knowingly collect information from children under that age. If you believe a child has provided us information, write to awesomee.apps@gmail.com and we will delete it.

Changes

We may update this policy; the current version is always posted at this page, with the date at the top.
